I had ordered this a gift for a 60th birthday present for an individual who loves cooking. The bottles come in a nice presentation box and each bottle is well labelled. I received the box but when I checked the use by date this had just expired in December 24. Contacted Amazon and they could not have been more apologetic or helpful. They told me to keep the oils, refunded my money and I ordered again using the credit they gave. The second box was in date. I have used two of the oils I was allowed to keep and they are well infused. On the basis of my tasting and Amazon's excellent service to correct a problem happy to give a 5 star rating.

These oils are very subtly flavoured when used neat in salads etc. But release their full flavour when added to cooked dishes like pasta risotto's etc. I add a splash of Garlic oil to a pan and fry some sourdough bread in it so much nicer then shop bought Garlic bread

High quality oil, nicely flavoured. They bring my meals up a notch.

I love these oils especially as they olive oil and all the others I could find were horrible rapeseed oil.

Gives great flavour to dishes, when you can’t have onions or garlic.

I have to agree with another reviewer that the Basil one does not taste of Basil. Disappointing.

Whilst the advert says these bottles of truffle oil are organic, there is nothing on the bottle that states that they are organic, not the word "organic", no green leaf symbol and no organic standard soil association symbol. Having said that, it tastes good. Four stars given for taste. One star given for an incorrect advertisement.
