For the price that I paid, this long grain brown rice absolutely cannot be beat. It's plain long grain; no, it can't compare in elegance to basmati or to jasmine. And I see that other shoppers have complained about insects. I have not had that problem. If I did, I'd freeze the rice for several days in the bag it arrived in. I mean, bugs are just protein, hey? But I digress. So, if you're looking for a solid, and affordable, product that cooks up nice and plump and toothy, this Iberia long grain brown is the best. I eat around 200lbs of brown rice annually, as a single human being, and I've tried them all, I promise. So I know what I'm talking about. If you're trying to save money, Iberia is the way to go. My method: 1.5 cups rinsed rice x 2 cups water, 1 tsp salt. Instant Pot with the Multigrain button: 22 minutes, let the pressure release naturally, which usually takes less than 20 minutes. Enjoy!

Quality rice and low starch. I use a rice cooker and no mess. Use when ready to avoid drying out.

Excellent value for my money and tasted great! I decrease to water from 1/2 to 1/1.5. Made the rice less mushy. Also enjoy adding s&p, fresh chop herbs, maybe even a little mushroom bouillon! Dr said brown rice healthier and I'm loving it !

The rice had bugs in it, so it could not be used. It is never recommended; do not buy. Total waste of money.
