Bought this for PT to do reverse clam-shell exercises. This band provides excellent resistance and provides a good workout when doing these exercises. It has not lost its resistance over the past year of use. I would recommend getting this band if you are looking for one.

This is the 3rd time I buy a loop— I started with the medium, then got heavy & now extra heavy. I love these so much. Great way to activate the Glutes prior to working them. Will continue to purchase in the near future!

It Works great and has good resistance, My only regret is that its not small enough to wrap and hold ankles or wrists together for gymnastics, when I double loop it around my feet it become to tight and doesn't work. Its great for stretching and resistance training though.

easily snaps and bends. not much resistance. very average quality, i probably wouldn’t buy it
