This is a great molasses based sugar. It’s perfect for making nut bars and blondie brownies. Four stars instead of five only due to high price.

So rich and delicious!
This is my favorite sugar for my iced coffees! It’s like granulated molasses with a hint more sweetness. It dissolves very quickly in my cold coffee with cream with just a little stirring. I do recommend getting one of those little terracotta brown sugar keepers so it will stay moist and granulated in the fridge.

A must have ingredient for confections
I use this sugar to make banana cheesecake rolls, and they’re amazing. This sugar isn’t that expensive, and will last you a while. You should get it!!!

Need better Quality control!!
I usually use this for baking, and it is rock hard. It is hard to mix with a batter. I got two consecutive rock hard ones. They need to figure out how to keep their quality.
