Great pan, good price.
I really like this pan. I currently own the 8, 10 and 12" OXO frying pan and am happy with them all. This is my second 10" pan. The first lasted about a year before losing its non-stick. That actually sounds bad, but the pan was used all the time. My son eats 5 small meals a day and this pan might be used 2 or 3 times a day. He has a tendency to cook with higher heat than needed and he uses cooking spray like its going out of style. When I received this new pan, I noticed it had a sticker declaring not to use cooking spray and not to use high heat. I do not remember the first one having that sticker, but figured that was what killed the pan.Anyway, the non-stick on this is great. I have been cooking for 40+ years and have used many different brands of frying pans, from cheap Walmart brand to Calphalon and the Oxo is definitely my favorite. In terms of cost, they are in the middle of the pack, but they perform better than the much more expensive Calphalon pans that I have owned.Build quality is top notch. The pans are light, even the 12" pan, which is a huge bonus for my wife. I would most likely use Cast Iron for all my frying pan needs if they weren't so heavy. My wife won't touch them.My son recently bought a ridiculously overprice Made In stainless steel pan. It cost 2.5 times more than the Oxo and he still uses my Oxo more than his Made In. Generally, I can use a paper towel to clean these pans of debris. the Made In, no chance. That thing is a pain in the butt to clean.Don't believe the hype with pans like Made In or Hexclad. I have used Oxo brand utensils for years and have been happy with them. I didn't know the pans existed because none of my local stores sell them. I found out about them from America's Test Kitchen. They were their best pick. Project Farm also did a review of frying pans and rated the Oxo a very close second to the winner. Where has Hexclad? Below the Oxo, but more than 3 times the price.I don't think I'll buy anything but Oxo frying pans from now on.

great pan when you really need non-stick
I think I've bought 3 of these now? super easy to use and clean. Heats up quickly and while non-stick surfaces can be fragile, this one seems a bit tougher than say your Nordic pans. I believe this pan was highly rated on the America's Test Kitchen. I've owned a few cheaper non-stick pans and this one is my favorite (and I won't feel terrible when the non-stick coating begins to peal and I get an exact replacement.)

Over time, not prettiest but always excellent
Excellent heat distribution and sturdy weight. The exterior finish is fading already, but the nonstick inside is holding up very well.

Good pan for everyday use. Chips more than expected.
Generally, a good everyday pan, but the coating is easily scratched off. I have owned several of these, and the lifespan is approximately 2 years before they become chipped and unusable. The current pan is chipping around the lip of the pan, and has lost about 2" of the coating in a big chip on the bottom. I use this almost every day to make breakfast for my family, so it is ok for general use. It would be better if the coating were just a bit more durable, and if it were a bit easier to clean on the outside.

Oxo is quality
Oxo products are great quality. It's perfect for so many dishes requiring non stick cookware. Easy to clean, heats evenly as well.

Unbelievably slick
This is the second pan I bought from this vendor. The first one that's ceramic. My last one is about 4 years old and still great, just thought I'd try the ceramic, and boy is it worth the price. Truly no stick. Easy clean. If it's anything like my last one three years from now, it'll still be going strong.

Defiantly non stick
Well made and great non-stick surface. Did eggs for the first time this morning and was very impressed. I like the idea that it is not teflon as that product is getting a questionable name regarding health issues. Also....great buy for the money.

Nice, but not perfect.
Overall, this pan fits the bill with the coating and nice handle. Unfortunately, that nice handle weighs more than the pan itself. That means if the handle side of the pan is off the center of the grate of your stove or pan rack, it will tip or fall over (see pic). I generally use cast iron or carbon steel, which you can throw around on the stove. You need to make sure you center the OXO so it doesn’t tip. I bought this pan for eggs specifically and it works well for that.
