Barbecue Marinade Mix, Six(6) Pack, 1.76 oz(50g)

I buy pork butt, cut it into strips and use this bbq mix. Taste so good on the grill or in an air fryer.

(Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade Mix) ---- Fabulous pork dry rub marinade. Nothing else needed for succulent pork ribs. Just rub-in thoroughly, let sit for 45 minutes or so, and broil/roast/BBQ as is your preference. Never tried it for chicken or beef. But for any kind of pork, it's a great flavor. As an "underneath flavor" It has the versatility of going with EITHER a traditional American style smoky BBQ sauce over it, or an Asian-style sauce (soy, oyster sauce, char siu, etc). It works both ways.

This is a 10 out of 10 is seasoning marinade. My favorite way to cook this is marinating chicken thighs for a day and a half and then grilling it for the best flavor but you can also get a really good flavor with cooking it on the stove top. (for additional flavor I always ginger ( or the paste).) The quality is just like any other premade seasoning pack except this is it for a marinade.

Came in great shape, no holes or anything. Great product. I am unable to get this seasoning ANYWHERE in my area without going out of state it seems like so I’m happy to have found it here.
