Great netting despite some install challenges
Very satisfied with this purchase. Net is installed over a koi pond that has had heron and raccoon visitors in the past. It looks great. Can hardly see it. It secured easily with U-shaped stakes and under some rocks at pond edge. It feels sturdy and we had no breaks as we installed it. Time will tell as far as how long it lasts. Our nylon nets lasted only a couple years. I expect this one will do better. It was a pain to install as other reviewers have noted but well worth the effort and no harder than a more plastic type of netting. There were bright colored cords tied to each corner as starting points. Lay it out on grass or carpet or smooth garage floor, NOT on concrete or near shrubs, plants etc. Cut to the size that you need, tie new cords to the new corners (I tied the two corners that were going at the south end with one color yarn and the two that were going at the north end with a different color). Then, WITH HELP, fold/roll up the section you will use like a long sausage. Move it into place and stake the first two corners then, with your helper, unroll and drape the net as needed. Finish securing the edges.

Protect my backyard a lot
I’m so happy I bough this bird netting. My mom loves to plant on backyard, but she got problem this year, her plants got destroyed by birds and animals. And now she is happy that we can protect her plant by using this larger bird netting. It is easy to set up and big enough to cover her garden. Great product!

Your net advantage
This is a very strong, lightweight net. It takes at least two people to set up if you're putting it over a chicken coop or similar enclosure. It feels very silky and flowy until it is stretched out and attached to a fence or other support. We used zip ties to anchor it to a chain link fence. Warning, sticks will get caught on it and it snags terribly on every little thing. I recommend clearing the enclosure, bringing it it, carefully unfold and attach starting at the marked corners. The openings in the net are fairly small, but I don't see how this will deter deer or birds from reaching through the net to eat fruit off your trees. I'm using this mainly to keep my birds in their area and keep predators out. Cuts very easily with a sharp knife.

This Is very thin
This is very thin but would do the job to cover a tree or shrub. I used this for my chicken coop to protect my hens from birds of prey. Wish I would have gotten something that was more heavy duty.

Surprisingly strong, and you get a shockingly large amount for the price.
I bought this to make a backstop for my son to practice pitching and hitting baseballs into. It's strength and durability far exceeded my expectations, and I was shocked at how much netting you actually get. I really shopped around a lot before I decided on this, and I have never been happier with a final decision on ANY product. I tried to rip the netting to test its strength, and the string actually cut into my fingers without the netting failing. In fact I wasn't even able to even stretch it out of shape without cutting myself, we're using tools.

Caught on everything
This is probably the first negative review I have ever written. The netting got caught on everything including my shoes. Unfortunately this product was probably not meant for a garden with metal tomatoe cages. While attempt to hang it high it snagged all the cages, my shoes, mulch... I had to cut parts of it off to untangle from my plants. I then threw it in the garbage and wasted my money.

A USE NOT MENTIONED HERE - FOR WINDOWS!
As a last resort, we purchased this netting to put over the outside of our windows to keep birds from running into them. Our house has a lot of big windows and during the first couple of years we lived here, many birds were killed, even with decals. And it has worked! We've had the nets over the outside of the windows and not one bird has run into them since then. A bonus is that you can barely see the netting. I highly recommend it for this purpose. (We purchased curtain rods that match the color of our house; attached them to the house; and attached the nets to those. It all blends in nicely.) P.S. We did have to cut them to size to fit this purpose.

Works Great for Koi Pond and We Buy One Every Year
We purchase one of these each year to protect our Koi from predator birds during the Fall and Winter. It's light weight, stretches easily, and holds up fine. However, while it's definitely strong enough for the application, It can be torn a little with excessive force.

Used for 35 x 20 chicken run I really like the product. You will need to buy lots of tie wraps for installation
