Highest level of absorption of any product we have tried. Fits well and no leaks as long as its capacity is not exceeded. Good for a whole night’s sleep.

It looks like they are going to work well and have worked for a small episodes. We have not had another big episode yet so can’t judge it till it happens. When I say we, it’s my husband that needs them and me his wife that cleans up the messes doing this review.

Good product, have been using a long time. Decided to try one size smaller, which I am able to use but still haven't lost enough weight to feel comfortable. Will save for later...

These are softer than other brands and fit better than the OTC brands. So far these haven't leaked on me.The brand I've been using was so rough that I started getting sores from sleeping on them. By the time I paid for big bandages to wear between me and that other rougher brand, I can pay for these. However that other brand is more comfortable to sit on. There HAS to be a better option - I just haven't found it!

Have worn for several years! Fit well & does the job.

My mother in law loves these. She’s elderly and had a stroke so she’s living with us and even though they are a bit spendy they are worth the extra money. The material is very breathable and not plastic which is very nice. They cover more than the name brand briefs and can absorb a lot more liquid. The only issue I have with ordering this product (because I can’t find them in the stores in my area) is the shipping. I wish they would ship in their original box and not put it in another large box.

This product works! If you have a very leaky urinary sphincter this is the answer for you. It absorbs a prodigious amount of urine preventing the soiling of your bedclothes, sheets and mattress. They fit comfortably and feel dry for 24 hours while completely controlling odors. They are more costly than some of the similar products but are well worth the price. If this doesn't do the job for you probably need to consider consulting a Urologist.

The product performs better than advertised. Rare leaks. For long days I us the supplement pads: IWill sometimes “double bag”As well. Have never had an issue w Amazon or deliveries.
