what selenoid will work for this remote

I use this remote switch with a hydraulic dump trailer. The switch sends 12v to the solenoid on the electric/hydraulic power unit. Any similar solenoid should work.

Will this work with a Kolpin winch?

As long as you write it correctly, it will work with any winch.
