For a large collection
Lots of pages for lots of stamps and the black background allows the brighter colours of the stamps to look clearer and nicer. The horizontal nylon straps in rows hold the stamps firmly but the spacing heights between them seem to accommodate horizontal facing stamps much better than vertical facing stamps. Vertical and larger stamps will cause you to jump some rows and lose space for other stamps. The book also has a full nylon cover on the face of each page but they annoyingly stick to the next page whenever you flip the pages and this causes the nylon cover to reopen and shift some stamps that you will have to reset occasionally. Flipping pages has to be done carefully.

Lighthouse Stock Books are good for collecting. This was supplied to me in good condition.

Found perfect solution for plastic sheets!
The book is beautiful quality. The pages lay perfectly flat when opened. As someone else mentioned, I also had the problem of the plastic sheets not “sticking” to the pages of stamps. The solution was adhering two Avery 3/4” round labels on each page (see photos). An added bonus is they are removable!
