Fantastic source of B12 - two easily used forms that are not available in normal B12 supplements. And a spray or sublingual is great for B12 because some people can't absorb it properly through the stomach.If you're low on B12 - and a lot of people are - this will give you energy, both short and long term. If you're not low on B12 (or I guess molybdenum), this probably won't have a noticeable effect.I wouldn't call this an energy spray. But as a B12 supplement, I totally recommend it. Similar to other adenosyl/hydroxy B12 liquid, but this is a more convenient form.I took this on a plane and it leaked a tiny bit, so keep it in a ziploc like I did and you'll be fine.

Celiac with MTHFR defect and other genetic anomalies that make breaking down b vitamins difficult. I have been exhausted (seriously medically diagnosed with chronic fatigue) and I was very doubtful that changing my vitamin b type would do anything. Cynical skeptical whatever that was me. I took it dutifully every morning for about 2 weeks before I noticed that I wasn't nearly as exhausted by noon needing a 2 hour nap just to make it to bedtime. Enter life - busy Mom life and the pace picked up - kid with concussion lots of appointments, coordinating with his school, taxi back and forth for 30 minute school days, other kid with special needs daily life gets really really busy and I have been able to keep up without naps - UNTIL - 3 days ago I got so busy in the morning rush I forgot to take my morning Black Bear sprays and by 1 pm I hit my wall and sadly had to stop in the middle of everything to catch a 30 minute mini nap. It took me a bit to figure it out but when I realized that I had forgotten it I thanked my lucky stars that it had been working so well. I will not make that mistake again. I am happy to report the huge change in my energy level, it's so nice to have a normal level of energy again I was kinda lost in my own blissful ignorance, once again enjoying the fast pace of normal life. This blackberry spray is a very powerful tool for maintaining great energy! It's important not to take this pass the middle of the afternoon as it can keep you up at night but, it does give a really good nice even lift to my energy. I take it several times a day. Please note that it does contain Panax ginseng which can be hard on female bodies if they are adrenal exhausted. Panax ginseng is much more suited to men than women. I wish they made this without the ginseng. But, I do recommend it as a powerful way to get be vitamins into your system sublingually! This is especially good if you are a poor methyllater.

I have tried all kinds of B vitamins over time and Black Bear is my go to. I have hypothyroidism and take B vitamins in support of healthy thyroid function and get tested for B12 levels at least once/year. Black Bear provides a level of B vitamin that provides a balanced energy through the day without making me jittery like other reputable products can do. My lab results are always spot on with Black Bear and I never forget it in the morning because I feel a difference when I don't take it.

My husband has a problem taking pills!capsules. This spray solve a big problem.

A little expensive, but a good quality product. Goes fast with 5 sprays per serving.

It was inexpensive compared to all the other brands of energy boost. It doesn't do much for your hydration though.
