Perfect for a pirate outfit
I ordered these to go with pirate outfits for a festival and they were perfect for what I wanted. They arrived quickly and in good condition. I have bought the items before but needed some more for other costumes. They are exactly as described and certainly look the part but please remember that these are plastic swords but they are a good length for adults and look great tucked into a pirates belt or waistband. The original ones I bought have survived since last year and have also been used for a photo booth at a party so as long as you don't use them for sword fighting they will be fine.

Good size and look great
I've bought these twice now for panto productions (not because they broke, but because I needed more) and unlike some other reviewers I think they are quite robust and cope with sword fights well. The handles are actually fixed together with small screws and the cloth straps are a nice touch. I probably wouldn't give them to young children as, although flexible, the edges are quite hard (better to stick to foam ones) but as an add on to a fancy dress costume they are pretty good.

Not worth the money
Very cheaply made for the money they cost! I would try and find something better quality
