They roll down some but I wear them to tone my arms and I keep pulling them back up.

These things aren’t worth it. As soon as I put them on the start rolling down your arm. I have to pull them up constantly during workout and it’s super annoying. I have large arms an these things don’t work very well. If your arms are smaller maybe it will work better but if your arms are above anything more than a medium sized don’t even waisted your money.

I wore these over my PICC arm (which I don’t recommend because I kinked my PICC). But I loved how high these come up. They were so much more comfy than my PICC sleeves. However, the top rolls down almost constantly. I dont know how much slimming they do. I had to get my PICC removed but I’ll keep wearing these for comfort.

So I use this for very different reasons that most people. I am a type 1 diabetic and I needed something to help keep my Libre sensor on. I was fine with the adhesive patches and then became allergic to them. This is perfect because I am able to cover my sensor as well as adding extra protection and support because it fits tightly around the sensor and doesn't get knocked off so easily. It is nice that I can take it off at the end of the day and wash it when it needs it. Love it for my sensor!

Not even remotely enough compression to be true slimming, or for any kind of edema relief. I had been looking for the textured kind that are for micro-massage for lymphatic system (I don't have lymphedema, just light water retention). Very thin material is lightweight and not hot, so that's good. Wore them to bed and they stayed up reasonably well, but I doubt they would if worn during the day with lots of activity. Not even worth the cost to return.

I am an older woman developing cellulite on my upper arms and thinking the upper arm compression would help. The sleeves fit perfect in length from upper arm to elbow. Very snug circumficially which I wanted. Thinner material fits nicely under garments. (not a neophrene). Comfortable to wear all day or all night, and stretchy. Gave them a slightly lower rating due to some rolling of the sleeve on one arm and the thinner fabric. Otherwise they work well for my intents and purpose. I would not recommend for upper arm lymphedema tho, you would need a thicker and tighter material. Fast shipping.
