This book is absolutely awesome. I highly recommend it to anyone. Stress reliever, anxiety, anger reliever. It is a relaxant. It relax me overtime. I can sleep better now. My worries are gone. I absolutely recommend this product to anyone, whatever issue you might have. This book is for you! It is light weight. Can fit in your bag. Ready to go anywhere. You wouldnt be able to stop coloring because this is very fun and exciting. It will relax you and you can escape over-time. Buy it now while it lasts.

This is my first adult colouring book, my husband thinks I am mad, but I am enjoying colouring and find it very relaxing, takes me back to my school years when we used to colour the brown paper that covered our school text and writing books. I am using a set of Caran D'ache pencils that I bought about 35 years ago, the colours are still vibrant and the pictures look great. My only criticism is that the binding is so tight it is difficult to get the book to lie flat so it is difficult to colour the very center of the page.

I love the idea behind the book, I love the patterns. However, this book does not satisfy my desire to sit down at my coffee table and with the coloring book laid out flat while I get lost in my joy for filling in all the lovely, soothing patterns.What I don't like is that the book is very small and that it is bound like a normal paperback book and is very stiff. This makes it difficult to lay the book down flat. It's also very small; likewise, some of the intricate patterns are difficult to do without a finely sharpened colored pencil. I should have read the description more closely before purchasing, but I was disappointed with how small, stiff, and inappropriately bound this coloring book is. These things might seem like quibbles, but were honestly pretty big disappointments given what I expect when I read the words "coloring book." These features actually make it a pretty stressful experience!That said, I find it "just okay." I spent some time coloring and have had success cutting pages out with an exact-o knife and then coloring them. Otherwise, it's just sat on my coffee table, untouched.

I sent this to my mom as a way to unwind. When I was little, she would come home after having worked for several days (she was a paramedic) and sit down with me to help me color. Now that I'm an adult, it seemed like a great little "thank you for being a wonderful mom all these years" gift/reminder, and a way to both turn the tables and bring back the memories.I sent her two different books, this one and a larger one ("Really RELAXING Botanicals in Bloom"). She said she felt overwhelmed by the larger one, but that this smaller one was more approachable and manageable. It didn't seem like as much of a time commitment to her, and that helped her feel good with taking time out of a busy day to stop for a moment. I can't say much as to the quality of the paper or anything, but as a gift it was well received and loved.

I have been coloring for several years. This is my favorite coloring book. It is 5x7", great for traveling or carrying around. I've seen some reviews saying that the spine is too stiff or tight. to lay flat, but my experience has been that it is easy to open and flatten, and it stays flat.I like coloring geometrics and original patterns more than scenes or a portrait of one animal, for example. This volume does have several pages of multiple cats or several birds and even a page of several teacups, but each individual cat-bird-cup is different and I enjoyed coloring those as well. Although I have many other coloring books, I enjoyed this one (and vol. 2) so much that I am ordering another one

This mindfulness coloring book is PERFECT. It has high quality paper, detailed yet very meditative images that repeat, and is the perfect size to stash it in your purse to use while waiting at a doctor's appointment, or any other time for on the go. The pages fold all the way back, and the colors "pop" on this high quality thick and extra white paper. You don't need a hard surface under it either since it is a pretty thick book. It is well worth the cost. I don't have anything negative to say about it. I struggle to meditate, but automatically get in "the zone" while using this book. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have used several different coloring books for adults, and this is by far the best.
