I've tested it on various levels, good grip, easily adjustable with a bit of effort. Product does exactly what it needs to do.

Reliable
The product is sturdy and conforms accurately to its description. I have bought it not to strengthen my grip but to use it to undertake hand squeezing exercises that are reported to lower high blood pressure. It will take a few weeks or even months to determine whether these reports are true so I can't give an opinion on that aspect yet.

the quality feels decentthe rubber grips it comes with isnt all that either, i ended up using them without it3 months later the coil has snapped in to twobetter results can be archived with other name brands for the same price and they offer durability
