Very very comfortable!
The product is best for people have constant neck pain

Quality dropped over time
I have bought this pillow two times earlier as well. The quality was very good. The memory foam would hold its place and shape well.This time the product delivered is too soft and doesn't hold its shape or contour at all. Not at all helpful with my neck pain. Would not recommend to anyone and going to try a pillow from a different brand now

The height is a bit too thin
I found the height to not be adequate, causing the head to tilt upwards.The neck support is good and the pillow support is quite comfortable.Your head "Sinks" into the pillow's grip, feeling as if you're sleeping on jelly, I like it but the height is too short.

Consult your doctor first.
Though quality of the product is good, I had severe pain in the neck. Somehow it is not suitable for me.I would like to suggest to all those people suffering from spondylitis that, before ordering cervical pillow, consult your doctor first.

Amazing product
Have been using this particular pillow from past 1 year and absolutely in love with it. Suitable for those who like to have a firm neck support pillow which is not too high.

Not comfortable and doesn’t relieve any pain
The pillow is very soft and doesn’t serve the purpose of aligning the neck and shoulder.

Good memory foam pillow but bad outer cover
The pillow is really nice and medium firm, supports the head real wellbut the outer cover which came with it is not a long lasting one , it has started to leave fabric and the strands are coming open, really need to improve on that...

Smells like a rubber
This pillow is very comfortable and its shape/size is perfect. But iam not able to use it for first 3 days. It stinks bad.. smells like a rubber/plastic. After 3 days that stront smell is reduced a bit, now Iam able to use it. If you are a person who sleep with your face on the pillow then I won't recommend this product.
