BIG HELP for my poor little bruised elbows. Classic sign of someone who has a desk job. Always leaning and relying on their elbows for support, but they are feeling so much better already and I just started using them before I wrote this msg. Summer is coming and I don't want my dark elbows to be a distraction when I am sleeveless. These cushions should have my elbows healed in no time. I keep them right at reach so whenever I am about to lean on my elbows, I just throw these down and the tenderness and pressure are eliminated. I highly recommend.

Yay for desk dots! These have saved my wrists and elbows much discomfort and pain while sitting at my desk. I used to use a room temperature freezer pack wrapped in paper towels until I found these cute lil circles. I love them so much that I bought some for my mom, and now she loves them too! Go ahead, buy these round little arm helpers. Your body parts will thank you.

I lean forward on my desk all the time and these have honestly saved my elbows. Prior to getting these my elbows were callused like the soles of my feet and would get pain from pressing directly against the desk. Now that I have these its much more comfortable to work and type for extended periods. They can compact pretty fast though, I notice depressions forming in them starting about a week from getting them. They don't get really bad for about a year but for a product that expects to be crushed under you one might think it would stand up to that for a bit longer.

I was using these for a bit, but the smell just got to be too much for me. I wish they were a little thicker. Plus, something about the no slip grip on the bottom kind of pushes back against your elbows. It feels like your elbows are pushing one way and the dot is pushing in the opposite direction. It causes friction on your elbow, which eventually becomes painful, and that defeats the purpose.

These do work. My computer desk is not that high but it seems that my chair raised to the maximum just does not match my elbows on the desk. So much pain that these cheap things helped me with.After so much use, I touch the desk dots in the middle with my fingers and I can feel a concave shape but they still work great.Just do not expect miracles. Otherwise maybe look into some expensive options.NB: For anyone that has a habit of putting their elbows hard on a desk and put their hands by their face, you will probably know the sore elbow syndrome... My advice to you is get these dots and then focus on keeping your elbows, forearms and hands flat on your desk, For me it has made the world of difference!

These are just what I needed. I wanted a 2 pack so myself and another can both have on where needed. They're grippy, stay put when in use but easy to move if needed and just enough padding to prevent wrist and elbow pain from the hard desk surface. Not only that, they large enough to keep your elbow from sliding off. I'm sure they'd be easy to clean, too with some soap and water if needed. Good for the price.
