I just recently in the last 3-4 months started taking mushroom supplements after doing some research journal reading and I know LAIRD is a reputable brand so I gave them a shot. It is a very small bag with very small amount of powder but the powder is thin and concentrated so you don't need a lot. I think the recommendation is a tsp so it should last a little while. Mushroom fruiting bodie supplements are not something you will notice immediate results with, it takes time and consistent consumption just like eating any vegetables or vitamins. With prolonged daily routine use you notice improvements in motivation, general sense of well being and more energy. I now take a different supplement than this brand because it has more of a variety than the laird however laird is great for just getting started! I mix it with my coffee with a little milk frother every morning and don't notice any dramatic change in taste or texture. (I've only missed 4 mornings in the last 124 days!) Keep consistent.

i would and have recommended this mushroom coffee it is amazing how it has transformed my morning routine the taste is good compared to others i have tried it doesn’t not change the taste of my coffee at all. it has made me more focus which is the reason i bought it in the first place i have it as a subscription.

First off, this stuff does give you some sustained energy, like others have said. However, don't try mixing it with cold water, because it will not mix well. You have to combine it with some hot coffee or something like that in order to get the powder to blend. As for the taste- you have to mix it with something; otherwise it tastes like ground up dirt and mushrooms. I'm not sure if the bang for your buck is quite there. The pack is a bit pricy for what you get. Overall, not a bad product...just work on the blending capability and the taste.

10/10 product. You notice a difference in energy and brain functionality the moment you start taking it. No more brain fog!! Doesn’t change the taste of food too much, I just mix it into my protein shakes post workout.

General: For a while now i have struggled with fog-brain. Idk if there’s a better term for that, but my brain just feels foggy and useless. Caffeine doesn’t help, energy drinks don’t help, food hasnt helped. Sleep is obviously the best answer to this, but some of us struggle with sleep.So i heard that these Mushroom powders can help and decided to give this one a try. It works! Clears my head up, gives clarity and mental focus. So i decided i would leave an honest review.Pros:-Cleared up my “brain fog”-Has next to no taste, i mix it into my coffee, don’t even notice it. I’ve also tried it in cranberry juice and orange juice. Same result.-Sustained energy/focus. NOT burst energy like with energy drinks or tons of caffeine. This is a level sustained energy. Obviously nothing replaces actually sleeping!-Price to serving ratio! 45 day supply, great value!Cons:-does not dissolve… i mean, it’s mushrooms. So every sip you take, stir/shake it up.-Gritty. This is along the same path as what i already said. Its kind of like drinking a little bit of sand. Dont take that to seriously though. It’s by no means nasty. But its gritty. This personally doesn’t bother me one bit.Overall: I, this random reviewer on Amazon that you’ve never met, do recommend this product. I’m about half way through my first bag, and I’ll be going back for more. It is now a part of my daily routine!

The media could not be loaded. I will start with the pros:So like with any mushroom supplement, this Can have a grainy texture but not horrible. I have also used MUD coffee and that has a much thicker consistency, this was so much more tolerable. Blends best when using a frothing tool in order to not have clumps.Flavor is actually kind of nutty and very pleasant. I also really like that I don’t have to drink this with coffee as I am more of a tea drinker and I have my own favorites.Energy is the number one pro. I barely have energy to climb out of bed. This has me waking up and getting the kids off to school and instead of going back to bed I can actually start my day. I don’t know if I will ever NOT buy this product if I continue feeling this great.Now for the cons which I am only finding one. If someone can please reach out to help because I don’t know which is correct. The bag says 2g or 1 tsp is a serving. However 1tsp weighs 4 grams. If I go by tsp which most people don’t have a scale, will only allow this bag to last 22.5 servings! Measuring by weight 1/2 tsp comes out to 2 grams. So which one is the manufacture typo? Am i supposed to be a 1/2 tsp or is it 4 grams? If it truly is supposed to be 45 servings in a package then the packaging values are off and everyone is taking double the amount they need. Once this is corrected I can see this jumping to 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ because my energy is through the roof! Is it because I am double dosing?

I have recently realized my memory is slowly improving.....This is the product I have added to my tea and coffee.I am of English decent and so....I drink mammoth amounts of tea ;daily. I have added the LAIRD mushroom blend tomy cups of tea....for 2 weeks now. This morning I feel better; clearer, and I think because this is the one and only product I have added to my diet; it must be what is helping me. I sleep better too. I don't take any medications.

I work from home and some days have a hard time focusing, or just get general brain fog. I decided to try this in the mornings before starting work. It is a GAME CHANGER. I truly feel more focused and less brain fog on days when I take this versus when I don't. I've never taken anything like this in the past, so I wasn't sure how/if it would work for me, but I'm so excited that it does! The powder itself has sort of a mild dirt taste. I actually just mix it with a little bit of water and take it like a shooter to get it down. I saw some people add it to their coffee or other full drinks, but I prefer taking it as a quick shooter. This is definitely becoming a staple in my every day morning routine!
