I needed to purchase 8 AA rechargable batteries but the battery life on these goggles are crazy .
I had ordered the Nightfox 120R and when I went to remove the day lense I had to apply so much force that it broke. I sent them back and went with the GlassOwl from Creative XP. When I first opened it it felt like Xmas. Everything was was packaged in a beautiful molded case made to fit the goggles. The contents of the case was just as impressive. So I started using the goggles right away. The night vision was so clear and crisp, i could see at a hundred yards away as easily as i can see the house next door. I played with them for about 4 hours. The next night I played with them for about 2.5 hours and the battery life was still going strong. The video clip I uploaded was taken right from the goggles, AMAZING!!! When I first brought the goggles outside the lense fogged up for a few minutes from being inside with the air conditioning. Once outside in the humidity for a few minutes it clears up. I live in South Florida, not everyone will have that issue. These goggles are perfect for anyone who hunts , wants to watch wildlife from long distances or just have fun. If you are playing air soft or war games and need to stay Mobile, it's probably not for you. "Perfect for spotting" I honestly can not say enough good things about the product. For the price and all the goodies they include,,, you will not beat the quality anywhere. And mind you I researched for a solid month before purchasing the nightfox 120R, I tried saving a few dollars and paid dearly for it. Now when the package first arrived before I even had the chance to open the box, creative XP had already sent me an email checking to make sure everything arrived ok. I responded to the email and actually got another reply email offering any assistance I may need. From past experiences with different products, customer service is a hit or miss. This company gets 5 stars all the way around from me. Beauty and quality in the same package!? Who does that????

Xp pro
So right off the bat I ordered the xp pro only to find the battery compartment was damaged and didn't work . Before I even returned the broken one they overnight shipped a new one . With this product you get what you pay for and then some . I wanted something cheap for when I go camping at lake george NY . The campsites are on islands and the only way to get there is by boat . And visibility at night is next to impossible to find your dock for the site with ZERO lights on the island . I used the xp pro and a 15 dollar IR light and it was a miracle worker. I did not expect a 35/50 dollar product to work so damn good . It was a game changer and made night boat much easier . ( you will have to stop the boat to look around because it'll be hard while moving ) other then that I use this product to spy on the skunks and raccoons at night and again for the price that you pay IT WORKS GREAT ... so thanks for making an affordable NV/IR unit .

Great Device(vrap company Retailer) Just That White Death Screen
I love this night vision binocular. Thank you Creative XP people!! This device is nicely priced, easy to use and fun fun fun!! But I do still have the white screen of death issue showing up all the time. Below is a review I left a while back and I want to leave it because of the details I have in it. I forgot I wrote that. And I hope the company has responded to my issues because I never checked but I will go now and see if it is there. Maybe you have told me why it does that already. Be back. Oh I added a video and it does not do it all the time, give the white screen but 80% or more it does it. ((After only having it a short while the infra red quit. I was looking up to the stars and saw a round ufo like thing that just hung up there and had some flashing going. After I located it on the binoculars, I watched it for just a few seconds and the device would go white and then turn off. I turned it back on and looked up at this object again and the screen went white 1st and shut down again. One last time I decided to attempt to view the object, (not believing this thing could possibly be doing this to the binocular) the screen again went white - Shut Down and has never been able to work again. Every time I turn it on at night and hit the Infra Red button that same white screen immediately shows. I get no chance to see anything it is just broken some how. I was very gentle working this binocular and it upsets me that this happen after only several months of very little usage. I want to buy another but not understanding why this thing broke leaves me thinking twice about ordering another one.)) Can these be fixed? I will contact the makers of it and maybe they can fix it or send me another maybe. I did not abuse it and did not stare at some bright light so it seems to me it is a device manufactured defect. I will try to take a picture of it to show how well it has been handled. (another update) Feb 8,24. Several months back I finally got an answer for what was wrong. Ah shoot the article is moved or gone. But there is some thing inside the eye piece(s) that I think is glass and it is what I read in great detail that is broken and the re is No Fix. It's junk. This pissed me off because I have had this issue from very early upon getting it. I always felt like it had been a recycled item. I was not the 1st owner and whoever Returned it. Now they sold it to me. My 1st writing of this shows how desperate I was to find a reason for what was going on. Buyer Beware. This countries product quality as a whole has gone to pot! Everywhere from everyone is broken or junk. Greed.

Awesome Night Vision! ‐ But......
I was surprised at the picture quality . Definitely seems well built, comes with a neck strap, a nice carrying case, and cleaning cloth. I played back a few videos and the clarity is really good. If you hook up a external power source (like a powerbank, The IR has 5 settings. This is one of 3 others i have bought recently (returned all others) I have kept so far. I do like the fact they are based in the US and from what i been hearing they have great customer service. One thing I don't like about them is the IR illuminator is REALLY visible. I read in the Q&A section that is was NOT visible. It does have 2 different types of illumination. One that DOES not require the IR illuminator and the other must use the ambient light source to illuminate the VERY bright screen. Which brings me to the 2nd issue I am not sure if I like or not and that's the screen is very bright. YES I KNOW it has 3 brightness settings but it still will disturb your natural vision at night .. My other (much less $) NV monoculars are starlight powered and have the green back drop and DO NOT mess with your night vision. (But they do not record or do any of the other fancy things the GlassOwl can do) I have rigged up a soft black cloth to drop down over the viewer and put a small hole through the cloth (big enough for just one eye to look through) to view the screen. I do wish these two issues could be addressed because these NV binoculars are very nice. They definitely have their place among your equipment but for the price, i haven't fully decided if i am going to keep them. Its a hard decisions because they are so darn nice and just really really well built. You can really feel it in your hands.. I haven't had the product that long. But i can say the company has had a reputation for good equipment

Does the job with lots of functionality
I recently tried the CREATIVE XP Pro Night Vision Binoculars, and while they have some strong points, there are a few areas where they could use improvement. First, the digital infrared technology and the 4" screen provide a decent view in low-light conditions. The image clarity is acceptable for the price, and the 2X zoom is helpful for getting a closer look at distant objects. The built-in screen is a nice touch, making it easier to view what you're seeing without having to use an external device. However, there are a few downsides. The overall build feels a bit plasticky and less durable than I expected. The night vision feature works well in total darkness but can struggle a bit in twilight or when there is some ambient light. Additionally, the battery life is shorter than I would like, so it’s important to keep spare batteries on hand for extended use. In terms of comfort, the binoculars are a bit bulky and can be cumbersome to hold for long periods. The controls are somewhat unintuitive, and it took me a while to get used to them. Overall, the CREATIVE XP Pro Night Vision Binoculars offer a decent performance for the price but fall short in some areas. They’re a good option if you’re on a budget and need basic night vision capabilities, but be aware of their limitations and consider if they meet your specific needs.

Well Worth the Money!
I am very impressed with the quality and the ability to see these details at night. I am a rancher in Wyoming, and tried these on a very dark overcast night with no stars or moon. I was surprised at how clear and bright everything was in the viewer. I bought these mainly for checking a cow or heifer calving at night, and for doing the night checks on those. I believe they will be a great help. It has the ability to take pictures and video on an SD card (included). I haven't tried that out, nor do I actually have a use for that feature, so my review will be incomplete in terms of that. However, I would guess that the quality of that would be the same as what a person would be view "live". It is in a very nice and snug fitting hard case for protection. Also, as the description above says, it is an American product, which is important to me as well. After studying various other Night Vision Binoculars, I decided on this one because it is good in 100% darkness. Although I don't have experience with other similar binoculars, I thought this one seemed the best. There are a few that are cheaper, and definitely some that are much more expensive, but through my research on the products, this one seemed to be the best bang for the buck. I gave it five stars on every catagory. I have since, recommended it to friends, and will definitely continue to do so. I hope the review helps.

Very disappointed - here's why ...
1) description clearly says : 2X digital zoom (3.5-7X optical zoom). Let me tell you - there is absolutely NO variable optical zoom. There is only FIXED zoom. I emailed customer support on this ... I was told the 'digital zoom' is the 'optical zoom', and I can zoom in 2x on pictures. That's an absurd answer. 3.5-7 suggests a range, and there is ZERO range. 2) My focus knob ... it was leaking something, maybe oil? I am guessing there is a lubricant to make the focus knob turn smoothly ... because mine turns like a lugnut ... very rough. I emailed customer service - their reponse - it will get smoother as I break it in over time. Really???? 3) Customer Support ... I get 1 email, every 24 hours, and the email didn't really answer my questions or concerns. So I email them again, asking for clarification - and it takes another 24 hours for a reply. Just unacceptable. They may have a US address, but it doesn't feel like US customer support, as it suggests. It's slow, replies don't make sense, and it leaves me frustrated 4) Quality - this is a joke. Can it see at night, sure. Can you make out any detail? NO. Can't read license plates, can't really determine much ... just that there are trees or maybe a deer in the background. Surveillance? Good luck - there is absolutely NOTHING that could be useful here. 5) Summary - The binoculars are not good (kid quality at best). The zoom is non existent. The quality is a toy. Even buttons ... you have to click them several times for it to work. Want to digital zoom in or out - it's like 3 or 4 clicks, when it should be a single click. Like a toy from the 80's that doesn't work so good. Needless to say - I will be returning it. I WANTED to LOVE THIS. Their marketing is spectacular, the product, no so much. I will continue to look for a better product that does what it says it does - because this does not.

Wow!
I'm not sure if CreativeXP shares platforms with other Binos - but we got this and it's better than I thought. For those wondering, this is NOT a tube based NVG - it's essentially a CMOS sensor optimized for IR - and it's fantastic at what it does. The image is sharp and well defined (out to about 20 yards - further testing required). Without an IR beam (either the one attached which is really good or an external light) the images are very dependent on ambient light - it's not "see in the dark". When the IR light is on - it's essentially daylight (albeit not in color). Well made, great value for the money - just an all around great product so far. My only suggestion would be that there was a way to attach a hand strap to make holding these easier. Finally (for now) - the team at CreativeXP has been great. They make time to communicate, ensure we're happy and offer to answer any questions that we can't figure out on our own. Should YOU buy this? I don't know - but if you want a well built, night capable spotting device and using an IR light won't be an issue - I'd put this on my list. If you are looking at PVS-14 as a compare - this is $300, not $3000 and they are fundamentally different. Zero regrets - great tool for general observation and hopefully for hunting when we get back into the fields and forests.
