For over 50 Years, Little Pepi’s is still recognized as the premium pizzelles. We are dedicated to making this Italian treat by only sourcing American made and produced products. We are a community partner by providing work to mentally and physically challenged individuals and incorporating them into our workplace. Pizzelle ingredients are similar between bakeries, but the key to a superior pizzelles is the recipe. Flour is the first ingredient for all pizzelle bakers; however our second ingredient is whole eggs, where as others list the less costly sugar second. Unlike most bakeries which use processed liquid eggs, we buy shelled eggs directly from the farms in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and crack them fresh daily. For generations we have been driven by quality, not the bottom line. Pizzelles are originated from the Abruzzo region of Italy, and have been around since 800 BC. I really like them

Crispy and Fresh

They we're soft and almost not even cooked they should be crispy
The first time I ordered they were great they were crispy full of flavor wonderful that's why I ordered more but one of the boxes I got the next order was soft and mushy and like sticking together in the box and because it wasn't fully cooked you couldn't even really taste the flavors and then the other box was crispy and perfect so I ordered one box the next time instead of two and it came in super soft and disgusting and it doesn't have the flavor it's like you either get soft or crispy and they're supposed to be crispy cookies I hope they figure this out with their quality control to make sure that their cookies are being cooked all the way properly and that they're sending out a nice crispy box of the pizzelles

they arrived stale
thw flavor was ok but were stale and kind of spongy not krisp like they are suppose to be . very dissapointing . this is the the 2nd time we received them this way

FANTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASTIC!!!!!!
These are freakin' delicious!!!! OH MY GOD!!! I will be ordering more, and soon!! Yuuuuummmmmmy!! Yes, some of the cookies were broken and there was a pile at the bottom. Who cares?? I will eat the small pieces and love every little piece!! I can't believe people are bashing the baker for having broken cookies! What are they supposed to do, wrap each cookie in bubble wrap??!! It's not like a person could stick a whole pizelle into their piehole anyway!!! These taste fantastic, period.

The taste was good but they were a lil stale.

I love these
I've ordered the vanilla several times now. They usually arrive in fine shape with little breakage, and they're so delicious. Chocolate is pretty good too, but this one's my favorite. I do not care for anise flavor in general so I haven't tried that one. My friend's teenager is a frequent visitor and she opens the pantry to grab one of these every time she's here. Highly recommend these. PS - They make awesome ice cream sandwiches too. Get your ice cream in the desired shape so you don't break the waffle (a scoop on a plate, smushed with my palm covered by plastic wrap is my method) and maybe some choc chips or magic shell and voila, crunchy ice cream sandwich. Yay!

Was stale
I bought these to make ice cream sandwiches with Persian ice cream. Never made them because they were too stale. I did eat some of them but they had no flavor at all. Expensive for the quality and quantity they sent. Would not recommend this product.
