Nice, informatics book .

This book could be sorted into two categories:1. So vague and generalized that I learned nothing from certain chapters2. So detailed and in-depth that there was no way to retain all the regulatory information.The book is highly disorganized. The regulatory chapters are hard to follow and too densely packed. The chapters on actually managing people are full of fluff like “have integrity,” as if everyone doesn’t already know that lying is bad.I actually learned more from a management podcast than I did from this book.If I didn’t have to have this for a class, I would have returned it within a week.

Everyone in Lab management should have this book.
