had tough bouts this flu season with stomach flu and with holidays eating extra sugar rich foods not sure if krill had anything to do with upset stomach spasms will continue to take until finish the bottle have noticed my dry eyes got better in cold weather not as dry skin so mabe it is helping in other ways..flavor is nice...
