These pots are great for seed starting and propagation they hold their moisture well and their form. It's just a three step process, sew seed, grow, then plant to the garden or larger pot. These peat pots break down naturally and actually help add amendments to your soil. They fit well into growing flats where you can cover them with plastic wrap or a dome to help germination. I also buy warming pads to help the process. But you don't need all of the accessories to have success with these pots just sew, grow, and plant.

I'd send them back but the hassle isn't worth the trip to ups. They are the size of a glorified shot glass! No room for root growth. I'll probably tear them up for compost material.

The price is great, and keep in mind I am not much of a botanical whizzy, I ordered these to plant my extra seeds from my original ordering. My fault I didn't think ahead as to where to keep these in the meantime. So when they're wet and watered I have a mess. If you are raising from seed and need to keep these indoors until sprouts emerge, be sure you have a place that can endure the drippy leakage that is normal. They work great, which is why they drip well.

The pots rotted and the plants dried out. Don't use them. I used plastic strawberry containers for my other seeds and they're 4x the size. What a waste!

Were received as expected & in great condition. My seedlings will enjoy these pots & will be easy to transplant to bigger pots later.

These were smaller then I thought they would be. I'm certain the error is on my part.

Top shelf quality, I would highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. I am totally satisfied with the purchase. Thank You.
