Privacy Law in a Nutshell (Nutshells) 2nd Edition

Fantastic book. As a security professional who deals in privacy quite a bit, this book provided some much-appreciated scope to privacy. I am hesitant to talk about how it goes through some historical privacy issues, but these are well written, fascinating and important for the Information Security professional to understand context around what he's protecting, and how we arrived where we are regarding information privacy.Very engaging book. Do not gloss over parts, but read it thoroughly.

Woefully out of date ... and far too brief a treatment of this fast-changing and deep subject. How anyone gave this a 3-star review or above is beyond me. GDPR isn't even mentioned. (Yet it had been in the works for years before its May 2018 effective date.) Don't waste money and wait for a closer-to-complete version.
