I’ve worn smart watches for years now. I don’t know if it’s me getting old but I started to get fed up with having to charge it every night, and its constant alerts and beeps. So I looked for a more traditional watch and liking the look of this watch, I got the green one.As soon as I took it out of the box I was surprised by how heavy it was, at least compared to my smart watch. It feels solid and of good quality.The metal strap is segmented and comes with a tool you can use to remove some of the links. The default size of the strap is generous and I had to remove four links before I had a snug fit.I like the green colour to the face and outer dial. It has a date window that I find easy to read. There are three little dials within the face. Two belong to the stopwatch (seconds and minutes) and the third showing you the hour of the 24-hour clock.The main hands and number are luminous and glow very nicely in the dark if exposed to a decent amount of light during the day.It is a comfortable watch to wear and very quickly I forgot about the weight of it.So overall great watch for a great price. Recommended.

Perfect for the recipient, and great price too

Lovely watch, nice and chunky...perfect for my husband.One problem though....can someone let me know how to do the watch strap up please? For some reason we can't seem to get it to stay done up. That's the reason for the 4 stars....it's a perfect watch apart from the catch to do it up.**Update** we figured out to fasten the clasp only for the watch to repeatedly fall off every time my husband moved his arm or wrist. So it looks like we'll be sending it back.....which is a shame as it's a really good looking watch

Great sophisticated look, well worth the money

This watch was bought for me as a Christmas present. It arrives in a felt pouch as opposed to a box probably for shipping purposes so that it can be popped through the letter box. So what do you get for £30.00? A stunning looking watch very similar in appearance to very expesive Swiss Diver watches. Ignore the RRP. For that sort of money I would at least expect a screw on back, screw down crown and an automatic movement. Having said that this watch is amazing value for money. All the sub dials are fully working as are the buttons so you are getting a lot of watch for the money. According to the supplier it is made in China using an imported Japanese movement with a 3 year battery life. The make of movement is not listed but as the japanese invented the quartz movement it should be pretty reliable. They also provide a tool for removing links but this was not too successful as it broke in use. Fortunately I have had an interest in Horology for a few years and had my own tools with which to make the necessary adjustment. My advice would be to take it to a friendly local watch maker to get it adjusted if you are not too confident in adjusting it yourself. Treat it as a very smart dress watch not as something you would wear on a building site! I have seen some dreadful reviews regarding this watch on Amazon but if they are correct then they certainly have not purchased the watch that I am wearing. So here we are 5 years down the road and the watch is still performing well keeping excellent time. Battery life is superb having just replaced the battery for the second time in five years. Ignore the negative comments and buy with confidence.

What a shame. It’s looks beautiful in person, feels nice and weighty. Yet the mechanism for adjusting the size and even just clipping the watch together is TERRIBLE.I’m not complaining about the look of the watch cause obviously it was never gonna be perfect if it’s only £25. But Jesus Christ what’s the point if it can’t even work? The metal piece that connects the two ends of the watch is stupidly difficult to seal shut (you literally get given a tool to do it which broke easily).Don’t buy unless you wanna have it on display doing nothing

Brilliant price , good quality

Looked fantastic when new and functioned as a full chronograph, accurate to about 4 seconds a week, and drew several compliments including being briefly mistaken for a Rolex. Built to a price of course, and 1 year on, including 2 weeks yacht sailing the elapsed time ring has fused solid, some pitting has appeared on both sides of the chrome plated steel case and the stopwatch second hand while still working accurately will only return to 4 seconds past the hour on its dial, never vertical, when reset. Other than this it still looks good, the strap including centre gold band, and the face and gold edge of the elapsed time ring look new with no signs of wear or corrosion. I suspect the case will look a lot more corroded in another 4 years, but at the price it's cheap to replace with a new one, or a higher quality brand.
