I use this daily and have for a few years. Thyroid levels slipped below “normal” and doc offered me “just a small dose” of synthroid. I chose to do some research (you should too) and decided to try iodine drops instead of the SYNTHETIC thyroid hormone. Next and subsequent tests showed normal thyroid levels. Because it’s iodine, the taste is very bitter and sharp. However, it can be added to drinks or food to hide the taste. 3-5 drops daily worked for me. Do YOUR OWN research.
