These tablets work perfectly. They adhere to my gums and last all night long. The flavor is a mild mint that is not overpowering. I use 2 tablets each night. I don’t use them in the daytime because I drink a lot of water and it would make them melt quickly and also wouldn’t be good with food. I also like that I can purchase a larger amount from Amazon. The stores only carry a 20 or 40 count size.

These work just like described. I have used every night for 4 months. Helps dry mouth. Sticks to teeth so no choking. Even wake up with a slightly sweet taste in my mouth. Has helped me have less tonsil stones as well.

I have been using these "overnight mints" since 2018 because I have a very dry mouth. And it is awful and painful recently. I couldn't spit if my shirt was on fire. But since I purchased this batch (see lot number above), my gums have been pink/red and inflamed and there is a sore where the "mint juices" would pool. It looks like my gums fell and skinned it's knee. It is raw, open and very, very angry. The sore area is not from aggressive brushing, it's right below the back molar so there's an automatic "stop" in the sore area.The mint I had last night was just too strong of a minty flavor and I had to pry it off of my gums, just to chew it up and swallow it. This is the first time I have ever had a burning painful sensation from these mints.I do, however, highly recommend using these mints for dry mouth. I am not waking up throughout the night to drink water and I wake up in the morning with a comfortable oral environment. This batch, though, leaves my gums highly irritated to where I can only eat soft and somewhat bland foods. Absolutely nothing salty or spicy, due to the sore spots. And my tongue and lips hurt because of these mints. (NOTE: My dry mouth is not caused by medications, it's hereditary, so I can't just switch meds.) I believe the irritation is due to the mint flavor - the minty flavor is way more stronger than the other bottles I have bought.I will be buying these again. I have found them to be the very best dry mouth mints I have ever found. They are easy to place, just lick - if you can - and stick it in a spot on your gums and it lasts about 4-5 hours. It's magic, I tell ya! I am closing now to find me a different flavor. If you do have dry mouth, check these stay put mints. They really, really do help. And this is not a paid endorsement.

I have extreme dry mouth, and I've tried a lot of different treatments. This is the only product I've found that actually works for me. It has a great taste, stays in place, and lasts for hours. My mouth doesn't feel dry at all when I use this. Highly recommend!

As many people know, using a CPAP machine nightly, your mouth gets very dry. My dentist recommended using Xylimelt to help. The first bottle I got was amazing. I told my sister and son to use it as it works great. Then I got my second bottle and it doesn't work the whole night. I haven't done anything different, but there are some nights I have to us two or three pills just to get me through the whole night. Sometimes I switch back to my no sugar lozenges. I like using the Xyliment because they will start off with no problem, until lately.

I am SO glad I found these! They have made all the difference in the world for me. Due to some of my medications, combined with a significant overbite, I always wake up with a very dry mouth. Having one of these tucked in each cheek has kept me from waking up bone dry! But they also help me when awake. I used to have to carry water with me everywhere to be able to speak.
