I bought these for my 1 year old, who just recently got her first sandbox. They are perfect for her little hands, but they will not last for long, hence the missing star. The plastic is very thin and I think the majority of the items will have cracks, broken pieces or simply be broken in half within a year. They are not designed to be able to cope with a good deal of 'baby-handling' over a long period of time. I expect her to outgrow these items in about a year as they are really small so don't really need hem to last for long anyway. Perfect as baby's first beach/sandbox set and I will recommend for this purpose only.

My son (15 months old) loves playing pretend with these, and using them as water/pool water toys too! Haven't gotten to the beach yet, but I'm sure they'll be great! Also, I did notice that they were recommended for older children per the choking hazard warning, but the only small part I could find was the top on the spout of the watering can, which did come off easily, but I just removed and tucked away for when he is bigger and voila! No more choking hazards, as everything else is one-piece items that seem very durable! Great set of toys.

These toys are awesome! We got them to take on a beach vacation for our 15 month old and they were a huge hit. She loved playing with them in the sand and in the pool (they float, which was unexpected but awesome) and carrying them around in our hotel room. She loved taking the pieces out of the pouch and putting them back in and carrying the pouch around like a purse. She generally had a blast with them. I highly recommend them!

The product is fine, a little in the small side, but the bag it came in was delivered with a broken strap and a cracked piece inside. You get what you pay for.

These sand tools are perfect!! We bought to go along with our water table and they were a big hit!!! There are a ton of them too so all the kids got to play, which was a plus. And a bonus, it comes in its own carrying case for easy clean-up. We have used these with water and play dough and will definitely be trying them with sand soon. Definitely recommend!!!

This is a great little set for a sand table. The items are a little smaller so don’t take up a lot of space and allows room for all the kids to play. I purchased for my granddaughters, ages 1 and 2. These are perfect for their little hands.

Awesome 1st beach/pool toys! The colors were slightly different than pictured (some of the toys are pink and purple, which I'm happy about, but I wouldn't say this makes them girl toys, they are not gender specific just colorful). These are probably too small for 5+ year olds but great for tiny ones first starting to explore the water.

My two year old granddaughter loves to play with these in the bath tub. I'm sure it will also be a big hit in her sand tray this coming summer. They look just like the picture and are a great quality plastic.
