I got immediate relief in my swollen feet using this. Even with thick callous skin, the rollers massage wonderfully. The increased circulation it helps provides feels comfortable well after done using it. There are rubber pieces glued to the bottom of the assembly to help it stay in place on the floor. Works good when used on a rug. Good quality construction. Only minor complaint is it's difficult messaging both feet at once but that won't affect everyone.

This wooden roller is perfect for what I wanted. I have developed plantar fasciitis over the last month and have unbearable pain in my heels. Anyone who has ever or is currently dealing with it knows what I mean. I have tried all of the exercises I have found by google searches, some of which have been helpful, but not until I received this massager have I found relief for longer periods of time. I have a desk job so unfortunately do not get up and move as often as I should. I carry this with me and put it under my desk at work, remove my shoes and roll away. Seriously, it feels so good. It is not noisy, (but can make a little sound if you get to really moving on it, like I do! It just feels so darn good sometimes I can't help myself, (lol!) The nodules on the rollers are sturdy enough I can even get the pressure through socks. It really feels best however on bare feet. It is 11" in length and about 6.5" wide. There are 5 rollers on the left and 5 on the right (you can see this clearly in the photo). Both my feet fit nicely on it at the same time (possibly a little tighter fit if you have very large feet, like my husbands size 11's!, I told him to get his own ..lol). Some may think it is too big to be carrying around, but mine goes with me everywhere. I do carry a larger bag so guess I do not find it to be a problem. Before I bought this one, I purchased a small roller ball device from Amazon. Not to discount that product as it also had some good selling points, I found this one to be much more conducive to what I wanted, which was mostly to get fast relief, be able to do both of my feet at one time and be able to carry it with me. I also wanted one that was sturdy so it did not move every time I used it (like the old tennis ball remedy!), and have the nodules be rigged enough to hit those pressure points, but not so darn pointy that they feel like you are driving a spike through your skin! I am very happy to say this one has all of the good features I was looking for. I also want to comment on the packaging which is important to me, so might be to some others as well. It came in a brown box that you can tell was made specifically for the item, and had the company logo on it. It was bubble wrapped inside the box to prevent any damage to it. It was nice enough you could have wrapped it in some fancy paper to give to someone as a gift. Very classy on the sellers part. I have nothing negative to say about this purchase. I would highly recommend this for anyone suffering with any foot problems looking for some fast relief.

It gives some relief but does not stretch foot enough to relieve plantar fasciitis. It also moves around when on a hardwood floor. Works better on a carpeted surface. I like the size as I’m able to do both feet at same time

The results are instantaneous! After I’ve been on my feet for an extended period of time or done a 3-mile speed walking workout, I massage my feet using my massager and I’m ready to go again after just a couple of minutes. This is a miracle worker. It keeps the blood circulation moving and I don’t get cramps in my calves anymore!
