If I could give this purchase 0 stars I would. But I blame myself for being cheap. I received the iPad today 02/04/26. The physical condition was fine, tiny scratch on the back, no big deal. I could not even set it up. It kept freezing. I power cycled it several times, but it kept freezing. I called Apple support and they stated that since this is such an old model there was nothing that they could even trouble shoot. EVERYONE Thinking about purchasing a REFURBISHED iPad should just remember YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

It’s always risky buying refurbished products, but I’m thoroughly impressed at the condition my unit was in. I received mine from all out apple and it was actually in excellent condition. There’s very few micro scratches on the edge of the screen that you could only see when holding a flashlight up to it but that’s about it. There isn’t a single scratch or scuff on the outside of the iPad. It came with a 20 watt apple charger that did have some scuffs on it but that’s not a problem for me. Battery health was about 85%. I haven’t had very long test it but it’s looking very promising and I will update the review if I find anything concerning. TLDR: Screen - 9.5/10 Body - 10/10 Battery - 8.5/10 Charger 6.5/10 Value 9/10
