Plugged in on floor as instructed and they appeared to function ok.I should have checked more thoroughly as after installation in our conservatory roof I discovered that the white light is blue and there is no red at all. A shame as we’d had an old set of these lights that had worked perfectly for years.After contacting Greensun they have been outstanding in their responses and help and a replacement set is on its way to me.Fantastic level of customer service and customer care

Got the 10m strip just to test and see if I would like to do all aroun the house. The look really good and will buy more but my only conplaint is that there are very few brackets so you need to add more so it doesn't sag. The brackets are a bit loose. The RGB strip itself works well and the remote has a good range

These are fantastic lights I will be using them for Xmas decorating lights for outside my house. I’ve bought similar ones before and have them out my back for summertime but I’ll be using these for front of house for Xmas lights. Very happy

Decent lights. These were controlled by a controller rather than your phone and the ap.Installing them was a little bit difficult as they didn’t really want to bend around corners at different angles. If you want to lay them in a straight line they will be easy to fit.Not enough wall hangers included for the length so I had to order more.The controller isn’t very responsive. You have to press the button for a different colour 2 or 3 times before it responds, and this was when i was stood right next to the receiver.The end result is ok, but the product loses stars for lack of malleability, not enough hangers, and poor reception from the remote

After 3 days of light use it now doesn’t power off.When you turn it on it works fine but when you turn it off it stays on but turns blue so it’s always on!Defeats the purpose of having an off button on the remote if you have to unplug it every time!Now it doesn’t turn on at all! Very disappointed

Really good lights, only let downs are the short length of power cable and no adhesive backing.

Bought for putting round my conservatory. Looked fantastic but not for long.The power lead was very short and the connection to the lights was equally as short so I had to fit an outdoor socket under the shed canopy (out of the rain) to house the plug and shield the indoor power pack. I sealed the connection to the light strip as instructed but mustn’t have done it well enough as the power pack blew the 1st time it rained! I got a replacement power pack (not cheap) and again.. it blew when it rained and I thought I sealed it water tight.This product has too many limitations to use outdoorsThe power supply should have a much longer lead and should already be sealed to the lights!!!I spent a small fortune fitting outdoor plug and ensured the power pack was totally shielded from the rain, but now it’s in the bin cause the connection failed and wasn’t already sealed and waterproof.If your buying to use in the summer or indoors, they are great lights. (As long as your not putting up at any height as the lead is only half a meter)
