LastiSeal Concrete Stain & Sealer (5-gal.) - Waterproofs & Stains Concrete in One Step! (Dark Grey)

Garbage. I pressure washed my patio before putting on the stain. Waited a week in the sun prior to application. After application, it appeared sealed and looked good. A week later it rained, and it started foaming up and peeling off. The seal washed right off. Every time it rains it still foams up and almost all of the stain is gone. I contacted the manufacturer, they did not have a resolution for me. I was going to try again but I'm going to send this stuff back and try something else. Waste of money.Even worse - asked for a refund and had to pay for shipping. $102!!! The only good thing about this product was that it washed right off with a pressure washer. It probably would have come of with just a week of rain. Sidewalk chalk has better adherence than this stuff.This was a total waste of $500. What a mistake - I'll never use these products again and I would recommend them to no one.

Floor was throughly cleaned and washed. No signs of concrete ever being sealed.The stain looked promising when applied, then faded a lot as it dried. Ended up needing double the expected product. To get desired color, it would have taken 10 gallons on 1500 square feet.After days of drying the stain was able to be scuffed with a shoe. Not impressed at all.

This is my 3rd time ordering this concrete stain. I used it 9 years ago in the interior of my whole house. Then a couple years ago used to stain my front porch. I cannot tell you enough how much I love this stuff. We just bought a new mid century ranch & will be staining the basement concrete to give it a modern industrial look. Love it. We have pets- it's amazing because there are zero odors. After 3 coats the stuff dries to a beautiful satin sheen on interior concrete & it's super durable & a great inexpensive alternative for flooring. I love the opacity of the dark grey- it's still got great marbled mottled look which gives it visual dimension.
