Only because I’m tiny can I get my hand in the bottom to wash pot. It cleans wonderfully. Looks beautiful. Makes delicious coffee. Filter is amazing. One of my favorite recent Amazon purchases. Coffee tastes as great as the carafe looks.

Ordered this so there would be no disruption of coffee production during CA’s power outages. Tried it immediately and am very pleased. It will make about 32 ounces of coffee very quickly. There is a little coffee silt at the bottom which is completely fine with me. Washed it all (placed carefully) in the bottom rack of the dishwasher.

I just received it and I've made a couple batches of coffee and everything has been wonderful so far. I got the unit 1 day after ordering it, which is great. It was packaged nicely. I love the handle on the carafe. The last unit I had had some kind of silicone sleeve. The sleeve wasn't big enough so when you grab the carafe, at least a couple fingers would always touch the hot glass. Didn't care for that. Everything seems to be very nice so far. I like doing pour-overs, and this was a very, very reasonable price for what you get. Hopefully the filter holds up. Usually, someone might knock the filter against the side wall of a garbage can to remove most of the coffee grounds. The last unit I had fell apart within a week. This one seems better. I'll get back to you if it misbehaves. Review, part 2; Follow up to my earlier review. The unit is still holding up nicely and working, generally, very well. The only issue I have had is that the filter does let through quite a bit of very fine, gritty "coffee dust". I have needed to use a paper filter in addition to the metal cone filter. For this reason only, I am changing my review from 5 stars to 4 stars.

2 years ago I bought a Gvode pour over set for twice as much and broke the Carafe. They do not sell just the carafe. I bought this and it is perfect. The filter is not good, it is a single sheet of micro-pore stainless where other makers use double. The filter that comes with this is garbage unless you use it with a paper filter as well.

This is a great pour over coffee maker!!! here are some quick tips though, make sure your grinds are very fine. i am so happy with this coffee maker the design is super clean and the filter is great and easy to wash

I bought this a few months ago and the pour over part had a piece fall off. I couldn’t find a way to purchase the pour over alone again so I reached out to Customer Service and they sent me a whole new pour over and glass. I had to make a full pot of decaf at dinner just to use it! Besides the customer service, I love this pour over and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys coffee.

I’m now updating my review because the filter came apart (the rim at the top separated) when I was rinsing the filter out. I will have to see if there is anyway I can glue it back together. Without the filter, it defeats the purpose of this. It’s hard to even tell the filter is put together by two pieces until it came apart.Makes ordinary coffee taste like gourmet! So easy to use and is as fast as a regular coffee maker. The glass and the filter are both easy to clean.

Great pot! Light but not too fragile. Good handle. Well balanced. No stupid wooden girdle & suede thongs to fuss with. All my Goodwill-rescue Chemex are relegated to cold carafe duty.
