Delicious and effective! How?
Are these expensive? Yes. Are they worth it? I think so, yes! A few things about these stand out to me about the taste: the flavor themselves, the sweetner, and, of course, the salt. The flavors on these run true. That is to say, when I first tried the watermelon and was expecting bonne bell chapstick or jolly rancher vibes, I actually just got... watermelon! Not too cloying, not artificial, just tasty! I normally really dislike watermelon flavors, but this one is actually my favorite! The lime is also like a tastier Gatorade, and the raspberry and orange are refreshing without beings powdery tasting. I also got a full box of the chili mango, and it's amazing! It actually tastes like mango, like real mango, with that kinda fresh, green edge of taste that a good ripe mango has. So good!! The biggest thing for me, though, is the stevia. As someone who cannot STAND artificial sweetener even in trace amounts (some companies try and do half/half? Yeah, nope! Gross!), and that includes stevia, I was a little hesitant to try this, but the other reviews convinced me. And they were right! I'm pretty sure it is the salt, actually, which covers up the weird cloying edge that something like stevia would normally throw at me, so it's truly serving multiple purposes here. Speaking of salt, I love it! Even at its most concentrated, I do not find it too strong ~ but I also love a marg with a good ring of salt, so could just be me haha. Either way, it totally works and is delicious. I needed an efficient hydrator because of a new medical situation, and one that would not spike insulin, while still being delicious. It definitely does a fantastic job of hydrating, as after one or two days of using, the random charley horses that I would get just from stretching (woe is me) are gone! The health benefits are definitely there! This product ticks every single box! Is it a little expensive? Again, yes. But you can also easily stretch one package between two or more water bottles, which helps give you more bang for your buck. In the end, I 100% reccomend!!

Crazy fast delivery :)
High-quality electrolytes without sugar or artificial junk. The orange salt flavor is clean and refreshing—not overly sweet. Works well for fasting, workouts, and low-carb or carnivore diets. Dissolves easily and actually makes a noticeable difference in hydration and energy.

Best electrolyte I have found so far.
Excellent for dysautonomia. This raw unflavored type has no stevia and feels much better and cleaner than most other electrolytes I have tried. I need to take several packs a day so the price is a bit much but worth it because it feels clean. Another brand I use is Saltt - also quality. These two are my go to brands for salts. The packets are easy to pour (moreso than saltt) the powder mixes easily, it tastes a bit like salt water, and as far as I can tell it has no smell. Excellent product.

Best flavor for frequent use
I basically only drink water with LMNT in it these days, and this is the only flavor I can tolerate when drinking it that often. The other flavored ones taste good but way too sweet if you drink them often, and the unflavored one just tastes gross especially if you drink it often. The citrus flavor is perfect, it's flavorful enough to mask the salt taste, and not so sweet that it tastes gross or cloying. I've tried other brands and I've tried going back to normal water but unfortunately for my wallet LMNT wins - superior hydration, clean ingredients, quality product.

Good rehydration, not sweet. Great packaging
good flavor and easy to drink. It's quite salty, but I think that's the point of this brand. If you're expecting the sweetness of the other sugary drinks, this isn't for you. The main packaging is an easy to open sachet which is standard for the category, but I really like that the secondary packaging is a carton. Easier to store and more recyclable than a pouch!

Helpful inclusion for the daily wellness routine
Definitely helps with daytime morning fatigue which I never realized could be due to salt but makes a lot of sense since all of our neurons use sodium to fire. But not as effective for my cramps and I've been drinking 4-5 G of sodium a day. Also effective for lightheadedness. Would highly recommend though it can get expensive so you may want to ask your AI chat bot on how to make this at home since it could be done so for pennies. Nonetheless the portability and flavor options make it a great option that is reliable for when you need it like travel or partying or intense activity

The mix dissolves really well in water with no gritty residue
I’ve been using LMNT Electrolytes in Raspberry Salt flavor, and overall it’s an impressive hydration product that stands out among electrolyte mixes. The raspberry taste is sweet-tart and tangy, with a real fruit-forward punch that feels refreshing and crisp when mixed with water. Many users specifically highlight Raspberry as one of the top flavors, noting that it hits a nice balance of natural fruitiness without being overly sweet. One of the big strengths of LMNT is its functional formula: each packet packs a hefty dose of sodium, potassium, and magnesium — perfect for replenishing what you lose through sweat during workouts or heat exposure. That high electrolyte content means it actually helps you stay hydrated and energized, which is the whole point of a drink like this. The mix dissolves really well in water with no gritty residue, so every sip is smooth and enjoyable. That said, this raspberry flavor does lean into its saltiness — which is a good thing for hydration science but not for everyone’s taste. If you’re sensitive to salty drinks or prefer something mild, you might want to dilute it with extra water.

Best flavor, highest sodium, lowest sugar out there! The best I've found
It's what it says it is. I like that they don't try to cover that it's going to taste salty. They don't add fake sugar to it, as far as I can tell. It's one of the best electrolyte packets I've found - high in sodium, and low in sugar. I enjoy the flavors. My favorite is Raspberry Salt, so I've gone out and purchased those specifically, but this mixed pack is nice so you get to try the variety of flavors and none of them are bad. I like them all. My second favorite is Watermelon Salt, then I think it's Lime Salt, then Orange Salt. (I might be slightly off on the last two's names.) But again, none of them are "nasty". They are some of the few I can get into my system fairly easily and I don't dread them like others. I need the added sodium and electrolytes, per my docs, and this is one of the things I can do to, plus increase my water with it. My blood pressure is low naturally, and so I guess we need to increase my blood volume so I don't faint, and this is one of the ways we're working on doing so. I've tried several powders to add to my water to try increase my sodium, but this is the most pleasant by far. I've tried Liquid IV, which I really didn't like because it has artificial sweetener which isn't my fave and it just didn't taste "right". I added Crystal Light to those on order to drink them. I haven't had to do that to the LMNT ones. I *have* added LMNT to my Starbucks lemonades in the drive through - the watermelon and raspberry in particular, and those mix well with the lemonade and tone down the saltiness a bit. (Plus the ice chilled it.) (I premixed the powder with water before mixing with the lemonade, I haven't dropped the powders into the lemonade directly yet, without watering them down.) I usually just mix these into a bottle of room-temp or occasionally into refrigerated water and I'm good to go. They dissolve well, esp with the room-temp water, and after a bit, they become clear as water, so I try to mark the bottles with a sharpie, as my partner sometimes picks up my bottles of water and drinks them, so to avoid a surprise, I mark them, as they really do become crystal clear after sitting for a short while. I have only mixed then in 500mL (16.9oz) of water, so you can mix them with more (or less?) to adjust the saltiness. The packet says to mix with 16, 24, or 32 oz of water to adjust saltiness, but I've really never had an issue with the 16oz being too salty, tbh. The flavor is good and I need to get the salt in. If I need more, I'll do another packet with another bottle of water. I just do what's easiest and the flavor is good at that mix (16.9oz/500mL.)
