Liked the item ... lights are working .But not understanding if the remote is working bcoz the lights don't get off when remote is being used to off .Lights are good .

Light not working
i got the lights back in November and it didn't even work for a month before it stopped working. the customer care people don't pick up the call and don't reply to texts either. very bad experience. please look into this and get the problem fixed

Brightness and colors are great. White color is a little less white and more in a bluish tone though.

Timer function is not working properly
6h on 18h off timer function is not working properly . Light remains off next day with timer function . Also randomly fairy light turns off
