This hat seems well-made. I don't think it will be falling apart anytime soon. It definitely grabs some attention. I wore it to a DJ gig at a busy bar I had over the weekend and a lot of the people I know recognized it at the BTTF hat! I think if I wore it somewhere with more light or outdoors in the daytime, it'd be even more recognizable. The wrinkles can be removed with great ease. I used a hair dryer. It only needs a little bit of heat and the material becomes pliable. The wrinkles sort of flatten out on their own, and you can just rub them from the inside of the hat to get it into the shape you want. I like the bills on my hat to be flat, so I have no complaints about that. However, I tried bending it a little (to see what people were complaining about). it seems the bill could be curved if you really wanted to curve it. If I wanted to curve it, I would put a rubber band around it, apply a little heat with the hair dryer, and leave the rubber band on for some time. I suspect heating the material will allow it to stretch more (the same way it works for removing the wrinkles). The velcro snapback is nice, doesn't feel at all uncomfortable, and it's cool that they kept the lenticular material on that part too instead of cheaping out on it. The hat is comfortable to wear. For my head, I have the velcro just about where both straps cover each other evenly, and it's confortable. I kind of wish the hat had a structured front so it stood up taller than the back of the hat (think of New Era brand snapbacks), but this isn't a huge deal. Overall, I don't have any complaints. It's a really cool hate, even if you're not a BTTF fan. But if you are, you definitely should get this hat!

I bought this at the end of 2014 because I thought that as a good BTTF fan, I had a duty. Was a little skeptical when I ordered it - other reviews said this hat had a few problems here and there, especially with screen accuracy. It's actually a pretty good replica. The colours change in an almost identical manner to the film and it's very well made - I have worn it repeatedly with no problems. There is a couple of small set backs - the hat in the film has the holographic fabric under the brim as well, whereas this hat has black fabric. It's really not a problem, I'm just really pedantic. For the price, you won't find a better replica. I wore it around a couple of times and when it's hot, this thing will not absorb anything. It's pretty much plastic, but still very comfortable. Please note that this hat is quite large - it's great for me because I have a massive head and can never get hats that fit. This hat fit me without having to adjust the velcro strap, but average cranium buyers beware. Overall this hat is just pure magic. Well worth your money.

I read the reviews, good and bad. I have to say that the hat is damn near perfect. I don't usually wear ball caps, as I've got a big melon and they don't look good. This is the exception. It's a bit tight and hard to get all the way down on my head, as most caps (even adjustable ones) are for me. But the stiffness that some people are complaining about actually lets the hat keep it's shape. I didn't find any scratches or bad stitching as some reviews have mentioned. The only real con is you'll probably have to reshape the hat after it gets banged around in the box during shipping, as it's only in a sealed plastic bag in the package (I stuffed it with a couple t-shirts overnight and it was fine). The bill was super easy to bend/roll. The colors are super vibrant and the pictures don't really do it justice. This is perfect for any McFly Halloween or Con costume. I would 100% recommend this hat for any BTTF enthusiast!

My son saw B2TF years ago. he always talked about a "rainbow hat" and thought he was wanting some Rainbow dash hat! LOL. while looking at movies recently, he told me THIS is the hat he was talking about. I expected cheesy holographic colors like what you get on wrapping papers. UH_UH!!!! this is the real thing!. The colors are vivid- like what you see on description. it is rather large, but it has Velcro on back. No haters about it not being fitted! Depending on how much hair my son has, depends on the season of Year! Velcro was smart move IMO. It is plastic-y texture- black cloth lined inside. Fits large. have not given hat as gift yet, brim is flat, will roll once given as gift. Guaranteed that no one will have this hat in your circle of friends! well made

I have been wanting to add this hat to my collection of movie memorabilia, so I finally ordered it. It was delivered quickly and at first sight, I loved the cap. It changes color when you hold it at different angles, just as I thought it would. I tried it on my adult average sized head, and was surprised to find it quite heavy and somewhat large. I don't think it is meant to be worn, but I believe it will last a long time sitting out as an interesting decor item. Too hot for summer heat, to wear outside. There are little bumps in the material along the outer edge of the brim, on the underside. Maybe glue bumps, I don't know. I would have given it 5 stars had the cap been softer and more wearable. Great prop.

Love this hat. Bought it because I am a huge BTTF fan and have wanted one since I saw the movie all those years ago. I have made friends jealous with the awesomeness of my hat and if you ever want to find yourself in pictures after a concert or something with a huge crowd, this is ideal since it is so reflective and bright. Although I rated this a 5 star because I do love it there are some important drawbacks to mention (which others have as well). 1) The thing gets freaking HOT and you sweat like crazy when you wear it in a hot environment because of the plastic-ey material it is made from. 2) It says it is water resistant but I got some rain on it one of the first times I wore it and totally see smudges on it now so you're going to want to shield this from any rain as much as possible.
