The ornament is very nice. My one wish is that the back was smooth so it could have been engraved. It is dimpled and very attractive, just not suitable for engraving. I did, however, have a small tag engraved with the date which was easy to attach to the ornament. I plan to purchase a couple more since I gave the two that I had originally purchased as gifts.
