I purchased the Guess Who board game as a Christmas gift, and with a bit of creativity, I turned it into a personalized family treasure. Instead of using the original character cards, I replaced them with photos of friends and family. This twist brought an extra layer of fun and laughter to our game nights! Before printing the photos, make sure to Google the dimensions of the Guess Who card slots. Getting the size right is key to ensuring the photos fit perfectly in the game board slots. A little bit of measuring and resizing goes a long way in making your personalized game look professional and seamless. As for the game itself, Guess Who is timeless. The quality of the board and pieces is great, providing excellent value for the price. It's simple enough for younger players to enjoy, yet engaging enough for all ages. Personalizing the game made it even more special, and it was a huge hit during our family Christmas gathering. It's not only a game at this point but a wonderful keepsake filled with familiar faces. I highly recommend this both as a game and a creative gift idea. Just remember to check those photo dimensions before printing!

We play at least once a week. It’s quick and fun and gets the kids interacting with each other instead of a phone!

I have a ton of games I bought over the last 30 years and when the children come to visit Guess Who is always one of the chosen. This weekend I had 2 little girls coming to visit, 9 and 10 years old, and they always want to play this game with me but there are only 2 racks and only 2 can play at a time so I bought another Guess Who so all 3 of us can play together. And thank goodness they didn’t change a thing! It is the exact same size, same characters, it’s perfect. And then I had a brilliant idea…I went into my iPad, found individual pictures of us, printed 4 of each image as close to the size of the characters that pop into the racks. I picked 3 playing cards from the deck, one for each of us, taped our picture to the card with just a small piece of scotch tape, then I took 3 racks, located those 3 characters on each, then popped our image into the plastic frame right on top of the character. Then I put everything back into the box so they wouldn’t know. Oh my goodness, they were so surprised, and so excited about it, we played for almost 2 hours, so many laughs, and it was so much more fun playing with 3 people. I highly recommend this game.

It's fun to play with vibes, like "does your person buy outfits for their pets" or "does your person complain to the manager" vs "do they have blue eyes." But I wasn't looking closely enough when I bought this on a whim to replace the stolen one at my local boardgame brewery and oops, everyone in this "original artwork" edition is white. Just calling attention to that in case you are looking for the updated diverse edition like I was.

We thought our son would enjoy this game and we were so wrong......he adores it. Played it nearly every day for several months. Thankfully, now we're down to just a few times each month. Very easy game play; a minor improvement might be an increase in additional characters. Easy questions eliminate large groups of people quickly.

A Logic game for all ages, although it was ordered for a 6yr old. Highly Popular where I volunteer ages 6-12 yr olds... plus me. Fun [yes-no] guessing game teaches logic via deduction. Just HAD to buy a copy for extended family.

This game arrived in excellent condition. For those who say it brakes easily I think its because they were a bit tough when assembling the tiny cards to the board as the game is delicate, so is not that you can throw it from a 3rd floor and nothing happens. Anyways, continuing with the review, for those who say that the cards are not the same colors as the little photo cards, they are kinda right. I took as example the pic of Claire. As you know Claire has a bright fucsia hat (see box pic), however in the card it seems faded. Nevertheless it doesnt mean you cannot play the game, like, i mean its still pink you know. Lastly, in regards of concerns about women characters and POC please mind this game is a discontinued version from the late 80's and these in-stock games might be the last you will find. Me personally never felt offended for this game -neither as woman nor as a non-white person- ; only until now that I'm adult I realized about it but didn't think of it when little girl and I just want to revive my childhood. Thus, at the end of the day any decision is up to each person. Newest versions are more inclusive, but the art is too digitalized and more addressed to small children. This version has more realistic art so it also suits older audiences. Hope this review helps you and that you enjoy playing the game in case you buy it :)

I remember playing Guess Who? as a kid, and it’s just as fun now with my own family. The game is easy to set up and quick to learn, which makes it perfect for kids. Each round is short, so you can play several games in one sitting without anyone losing interest. The cards and frames are sturdy enough to handle repeated play, though the plastic does feel a bit lighter than the old versions I grew up with. Still, it’s held up well so far with my kids flipping the cards constantly. It’s also been a nice way to practice yes/no questions, logic, and observation skills — my younger child is starting to get clever about asking the right things. Great for family game night or even short play sessions after dinner.
