The food plan, book and portion containers are great. The dad's might get used once I feel more confident.

Love the workouts. Not into the meal plan as I do my own thing with Paleo and a Nutritionist. So I didn't need the containers but there was no option without them. I wanted both 21 Day Fix as well as the 21 Day Fix Extreme so I can keep progressing. Glad they sell it in a bundle. What bothered me the most, however, is the cheap paper cases that the DVD'S come in (sliding discs in and out of a tight space can easily scratch them up), and the bombardment of adds for Shakeology and other Beachbody products. I do find that the beachbody workouts are very well thought through and designed overall. I own a set of Beachbody Yoga DVD's, but even they came in better casing to protect the discs. So for the price that this set cost, I would think they could manage to have higher quality protective casing...that's my main complaint.

Don’t buy it. But if you do , keep all packages to return it.I just received my package on Friday, Dec 11,2020. I read the booklet about meals and how the containers were recommended to be used. I started Sunday Dec 13, 2020 using my containers which was easy enough. I was looking for a exercise program to do during the winter. I rather be outside walking but can’t stand cold weather. The workouts seemed liked something a older woman like myself could manage. I am 51. I wish I could give a review on the work outs but unfortunately I can’t. The DVDs will not play. It’s just that simple. I could hear my DVD player struggling to read it. Making a lot of noise. So, I took the DVD out and put in a movie my player worked fine. I tried the 21 Day Fix DVD several times and it wouldn’t play. I thought maybe it was for a BlueRay player which I don’t have. That is not the case, they are DVDs.i could get to play the legal disclaimer and stuff but froze in the screen where you choose to have sound or no sound. It froze. They just don’t work. After reading the reviews I see it’s probably low quality to blame.Very disappointed.
