This product works great with daily use. I can tell if I skip a day - my joints are achy & stiff. But I can also get away with using just one capsule on less humid days and two on more humid days. I haven't had to utilize the full three capsule dose yet and have still had effective relief from joint pain.

Enjoying the intake of the different types of collagen. Only been a few weeks but I am noticing my joints are recovering a better already. The capsules are a little large and sometimes harder to swallow. However, they are very easy to open up. I added the powder to my 131 Method shake and couldn't even taste the peppermint. Would be worth blending into a cup of coffee with creamer.

I had a constant pain in my lower back and after two weeks of taking two pills daily, pain has gone away....also not much but a mild improvement in my skin, hair and nails is noticeable.. ...and any good improvement is always welcome.

One of the main questions asked in this review was about pain. I don’t have pain and did not order mainly for that. I purchased for the collagen. I am still waiting it out to notice my nails doing as well, as my last brand, that is not here on Amazon. Maybe this product is supposed to be better for pain. I guess that part would have been just a plus for me, to help prevent any aches or pain I might encounter during the day. But I mainly wanted collagen. TY.

I love this collagen!! I feel like I am putting high quality good stuff in my body when I take this! It doesn't have a nasty after taste either!

I have been using the Collagen Boost product for over 15 days and have noticed a difference in how great my skin and hair feels. It doesn't have Type IV and V collagen,, but the additional supplements like the Vitamin C, Resveratrol and Hyaluranoic Acid are a big plus. I would highly recommend.

I had difficulty swallowing the capsule. So I usually open them and mix with some sweet. The content doesn’t solve in water. This is my first week of taking it, and it is hard to know the effects yet. I hope it will give me some visible improvements on my skin.

This product does exactly what it claims. I am in my mid 50s and after only 1 month I notice that my skin is no longer sagging anywhere, it is firm clear and plump.It is currently not available on Amazon, please amazon bring it back, and soon.This is the only product that I have found so far that does not contain marine collagen (I can't do marine) and not sulphates (Can't to those either).
