Banana on one side, RCA on the other. Works like a champ.
I bought these for use in testing RCA cables using a bench m-meter and o-scope. They work perfectly for this task. The cables are well soldered, not showing any changes in Ω when moving them around.I could have made them from scratch, but I'm very lazy. The quality is good enough that I don't feel so bad about being that lazy.

Works great with Fosi BT30D Pro
Had a set of Swan GT1000 multimedia speakers used in a PC setup that were all terminated in RCA, including the passive subwoofer. I wanted to change the amp so this let me hook the 2.1 setup to the Fosi BT30D Pro without any issues along with providing great sound.

Top Quality Speaker Conversion.
These are just what I needed to convert a Bose Universal Speaker plug so it would work with my Pioneer Receiver. The plug came with one of those Bose Surround Sound Home Entertainment Systems. I personally like my Pioneer better, so I got rid of the System but not the speakers.
