The wheel went off!!
The bag is well made, robust and spacious, I could give it 5 stars if the wheel didn't go off once I started pulling it around. Luckily, I wasn't at site yet, one of the screws was loose and defective, I didn't have the the correct size in office (M8 x 20mm), so I had to go to screw fix and buy a whole new bag, which is something I wont expect for an item at this price.

Klein tools damaged
the bag is slightly damaged, the locking clips are damaged and the wheels have a problem

Has several flaws that makes unusable.
Bag could be a game changer but unfortunately the zips are cheap, they de-rail on the pocket bends, so be careful. Also the handle isnt up to the job. From new they stick a bit and needs a wobble to get the release. After 5 months handle wont fully collapse, the bottom pins must be stuck. Unable to get a resolution via my supplier or Klein at this point. I didn't buy on amazon but thought I'd review here for others to know before they buy.
