Bought in 2019 but software had been loaded in 2014
Not sure if this was a refurbished laptop, but it was sold as new. I have had many issues and now have to replace, only a year and a half later.

Build Quality
around 6 month old and the plastic frame around the LCD cracked one one corner. Sent it to Lenovo for warranty repair, they told me it will cost me somewhere around $300CAD because the damage is cosmetic and not covered under warranty... Seriously, i now have to look at the cracked plastic frame every time i am looking at the screen.my first and most likely last Lenovo laptop purchase.

Looks like the unit was not inspected properly. It was a defective unit and shouldn’t be for sale. Anyway it was returned.
