This is a nice platinum chain for the price. It's thin but the thickness is exactly as described, and it matches well with my white gold pendant.

As some of the critical reviews have stated, it is thin. But I have been using it for a while now to hold my engagement/wedding rings at work when I can't have jewelry on my hands. It has held up well and seems quite strong. I accidentally got it caught in a zipper once and would have thought it would have broken pulling it out but it came out no worse for the wear. The link pattern is delicate and pretty and works well if you don't want the chain to be the center of attention.

Lovely, thin chain. Unfortunately, I cannot use it for my other piece of jewelry because I can't feed the pendant past the claps on either end. Too big for the pendant's opening.

I expected 95% platinum to shine much more. I posted a picture of it vs. the same thickness in white gold. White gold is much brighter and the platinum looks grayish like stainless steel. I am no expert but I do have a set of fine china that's has platinum and it's just as shiny as white gold and like gold doesn't tarnish. I'll keep the necklace but I am disappointed that it gray and not bright silver looking.

that was a piece of garbage that I will be returning. That looked like the 10.99necklace. You could barely see it.
