Awesome sweetener! Great flavor, less guilt!
I purchased this to try in a low carb frosting (simply made with cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, vanilla, and sweetener) and we all really enjoyed the texture of the frosting (not grainy) and the flavor was nearly identical to regular sugar laden whipped cream and cream cheese frosting. I think you can easily made this frosting tailored to your desired sweetness with BochaSweet!This is my first time buying this sweetener, but it won’t be the last. I love making low carb sweets for my daughter and myself.

Bocha Sweet is a healthy replacement for sugar without the bad aftertaste.
I have been on a quest for natural, healthy sugar replacements that are keto friendly. Due to health issues, my husband and I have chosen a low carb diet. We still crave the occasional sweet treat and finding a natural substitute for sugar that would not cause insulin spikes is a critical step toward helping us maintain our goals. I recently came across a recipe that called for Bocha Sweet as a sugar substitute. I read up on it and found it is not a sugar alcohol and it does not cause insulin spikes. I ordered it and used it to make a lemon pie to share with friends. Everyone loved it. There was no bitter aftertaste and the fact that the dessert was both sugar-free and gluten-free made it a great dessert option for everyone with dietary restrictions. The only down side is the price. However, the health benefits make it worthwhile. Bocha Sweet is a great option for those of us who like to occasionally have our cake and eat it too without serious health repercussions.

Excellent Sugar Replacement!
Bocca sweet is an excellent sugar replacement...better than Erythritol/Swerve! It tastes almost identical to sugar and doesn't have a weird after taste or coolness like Erythritol. Highly recommend if you're looking for a healthy sugar replacement.

Decent sweetener for low carb/keto
Having tried multiple sugar alternatives I can say that this is pretty good. It has no weird taste or cooling effect no bitterness or unusual tongue sensations (had this with monk fruit). I only used it so far in my latte - gives enough sweetness but it’s def not very potent. If you are low carb ur probably not looking for the same level of sweetness as sugar anyways. You do have to use close to a tablespoon for a 7oz beverage. The cost is high for the potency so one star off

One of the best powdered sweetners
On my second bag of this. I really like it as a powdered sugar replacement. I use it in ice creams mostly, works great and doesn't crystalize when cold/frozen. I switched to a powdered allulose/monk fruit blend after my first bag, but this seemed way sweeter. I don't pick up an aftertaste at all & it has minimal cooling. Will continue to be my go-to.

OMG!
This sweetener is AMAZING as is their granulated sweetener! It is everything they say it is. It literally tastes and behaves just like cane sugar without any of the negative health impact. If you are diabetic, or Keto, or you just want a healthy alternative to cane sugar, BochaSweet is the answer. The only downside is the cost. But this is the only company I have found that is making this sweetener and they are a relatively small company. So the price is understandable. I actually almost wanted to not review this because I don't want the demand to exceed the supply. So be considerate and order what you need and wait until they can increase their capacity to stock up. But it really is the best alternative to sugar out there. Shhhh.

Love this for sugar free baking!
I’ve been using BochaSweet for 4 years. I love the granular and powdered sugar versions and use them daily in my homemade baked goods because they measure equally 1:1 for regular sugar and powdered sugar in recipes. I don’t recommend the brown sugar version because it contains Erythritol, but the powdered and granular are 100% BochaSweet which is naturally derived from pumpkins. The only issue with the powdered version is that it tends to have lumps, so you need to break them up or sift it.
