Great educational read and fun recipes
I made a bunch of meals from this book for my hubs and me. I love the recipes and grocery list.my first haul for groceries because they were all the first main things I needed for other recipes, be prepared for it to be an expensive haul. I loved I tried new veggies and recipes for the first time ever!!I have suggested the book to many friends.I recently had surgery and has had and currently dealing with GI issues and this book and knowledge in the book truly has me look at my inside differently. I am now giving my inside the work out it needs too. So fun!!

Solutions are Tricky
Unfortunately, there is no one-size fits all diet for intestinal distress. I have done FODMAP, gluten-free, grain-free, low carb. Vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, berries, and stone fruits can create problems for me. No dried fruits, either! I don't have food allergies, but I do have food sensitivities and some intolerances. Simply cooked and seasoned meat, poultry, and fish are generally safe. Lemon water? Bring on the omeprazole. As for hummus, I can have it if made with channa dal. Maybe this diet will provide some inspiration, but experimenting requires hope and and a healthy dose of skepticism. And maybe medication now and then.

Great flavor and wonderful recipes
Love this this book easy to read and understand. The plans are easy to implement into your life and even into your family. The food is pretty easy to make and tastes amazing. Things that you would think would not go together has amazing flavor. I would highly recommend.

Nothing new
This book is very good and very helpful, but it is no different than any of the other books just more difficult to follow some of the recipes

Great recipes
Great book of ideas if you want to rid your body of inflammation and drop of few pounds. It’s proof you don’t have to give up on taste or only eat celery sticks to eat healthy.

Great condition
Product came in great condition. I’m trying to catch up on my product reviews for my past books that I bought. It came in in a timely manner, and was described exactly how it supposed to be.

Yummy!
This book is well written and has many yummy recipes! It also has nutritional values after each one. Now I don’t have to waste a bunch of time figuring it all out on my own.
