Firm mattress!
I hate this mattress! I was first interested because it says extra plush. The mattress feels firm to me. I am trying to return the item. I am going through a freight company now. You are responsible for the return. So depending on how much it will cost, I am sending it back.The adjustable base was delivered fully together. All you have to do is put the legs on and plug it up. The base is very HEAVY! It took about 4 people to bring it in the house. The base is nice. I HATE THE MATTRESS! I wanted a soft mattress. This is on the firm side.
