As with my previous car, the simple replacement of the filter in my new VW Jetta has lead to a noticeable increase in engine response. I am really satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for ways to eek out a little more performance without breaking the bank or worse, voiding your warranty.Literally took 5 minutes or less to drop into the engine filter housing and I was done. Now I can hear the turbo spooling and the engine sounds a bit more aggressive when applying acceleration. Still not going to be winning any races with the 1.4T, but letting the engine breathe a little better has improved matters a bit. Also love the fact that it just needs to be cleaned and not replaced.Only gripe is that the tape seal on the box it came it was broken. Still, the sealed plastic bag that the filter itself came in was unopened so that's not a huge deal. As previously stated, if you're looking to pep up your car's performance without going too crazy this is a great option.

I have been using K&N engine air filters ever since they came to market. Tests have shown that they allow more air to get to your engine, but still provide excellent filtering to prevent abrasive particles from entering the engine. The other best feature is that they are washable, so you never need to replace a K&N filter. If you normally drive in a sandy or dusty area you should use a K&N filter so you can wash it out as needed and not have to buy throwaway paper filters.

Super high quality, heavy, sturdy and certainly built to last a million miles. There were 8 screws to remove/replace to install the filter in the air box and it dropped right in—perfect fit. We will see if there is a performance difference.I like the “don’t throw me away, I am a washable, reusable filter!” sticker that comes with it.

I got this for my Husband’s 2019 VW Jetta, and it gave the engine more power, and the annoying shifting sound that comes with this years model lessened.

Fit well. Way more throttle response right off the bat. Should make for better mpg with daily driving habits. I can definitely feel more air flow to the engine.

I have a 2019 VW Jetta, 1.4 turbo. This filter totally destroyed the torque curve of the motor. Gone was the push you back in the seat feeling when you slowly brought the rpm's up in 2nd or 3rd to 3k rpm and buried the throttle. Put the stock filter back in and all is back to normal. :) :)Norm

The product does not need to be replaced for many miles. As performance there is no noticeable difference.
