We ordered this to help the swelling in my grandfathers feet. His foot had been swollen for nearly a year. We took him to the hospital because it looked like it was turning purple and we were worried. They said it wasn't due to an infection and so there was nothing that could be done for him. When he was a child he had polio and has always had problems with his feet ever since as a result. So we need to take great care of his feet. And we were sad to hear that there was nothing the doctors could do for him. So we started to research things online. We got a doctor scholls foot bath and epsom salt. He started taking daily foot baths. He started taking serrapeptase, magnesium and this product, boron. Somewhere in all of this his swelling went down and his skin has regained its natural color. I am very happy about this. So I'm giving it five stars because that's what we bought it for and it's happening so thank you

Great stuff for aches and pains!
I started taking 3 mg a day for my painful joints. Worked great for a while. Then my fingers started getting stiff again upon waking. So I upped it to 2 times a day and that was several months ago. No pains anymore. This mineral is worth taking for your painful joints ~ it works!
