Pointy and sharp. Perfect
They are pointy and sharp, have a nice weight and appear to be well made. They also look to be forged and probably by hand-ish since you can see a few light tool marks. They are super sharp, perfect for Bonasi or pruning. A little more expensive than the HD garbage, but hopefully these last much longer. No idea what type of steel though, so I'm curious how they hold up on the long run.

Japanese craftsmanship at its best. Very sharp nice in the hand great buy. Mine did come loose pretty sure it was my fault for cutting a branch that was to big.
